SPONSORSHIP
Thank you for taking the time to consider sponsoring our fundraising event.
On Saturday March 28th 2026, the Lucan Area Heritage and Donnelly Museum will be holding a Charity Auction to raise funds for the museums operation. The day-long event will include a Live Auction, Silent & Raffle, Bake Sale, and Book Sale. We are reaching out to seek support for this fundraiser by asking for a donation of items we can auction off at the event.
The Lucan Area Heritage and Donnelly Museum is funded solely through charitable donations, admissions, fundraising, and grants. The Charity Auction is an important way to both raise funds for the museum and put on a fun event for the community. Cash donations are also welcome to help offset the input costs of the event.
In recognition of donations worth approximately $100 or more, we can offer sponsorship of the event including your company logo on the event website, in the hall the day of the event, and on promotional materials where time allows. If preferred, tax receipts can be provided for cash donations in lieu of sponsorships.
Founded in 1995, Lucan and Area Heritage Society has become an integral part of the community in Lucan-Biddulph. There is a lot of history in Lucan and many stories to be told, and it is the mission of the Lucan Area Heritage Society to preserve and present this cultural heritage for the benefit of all residents of our municipality and the wider public. Our 2025 season saw over 1800 visitors to the museum, with more than half coming from outside the community.
Auction items can be dropped off at Lucan Architectural, (519) 227-0407.
Donations of new and used books can be made at the Lucan branch of the Middlesex County Library.
We invite you to come out to the auction and join the fun. Maybe find a treasure or two, have a bite to eat, or just visit with friends & neighbours. We are truly appreciative of your continued support, and we look forward to your response.
You can arrange a sponsorship by contacting the museum lucanheritage@donnellymuseum.com or (519) 227-0756 or via the form below.
Thank you for your time and consideration!
